The obligations of confidentiality will apply during the term of service and will survive indefinitely upon termination of the relationship.

Protection of Data

All written and oral information and materials disclosed or provided to Fortia.com under this agreement are Confidential Information regardless of whether it was provided before or after the date of this agreement or how it was provided. We employ high-level digital safeguards to ensure this data remains inaccessible to unauthorized parties.
